MINIMUM AGE OF DELIVERY
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited supports the responsible service of alcohol. We do not sell our products to anyone under the age of 18. If you do not verify that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.
CURRENCY
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars. All prices listed are GST inclusive.
DELIVERY – WITHIN AUSTRALIA
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited will endeavour to deliver to buyers in a timely manner. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take longer. Once an order has been dispatched to its original destination, any changes to that destination or redirection requests made by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and not of 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited.
DRY AREA RESTRICTIONS
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited will not deliver to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law.
DELIVERY – OVERSEAS
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited does not deliver internationally. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis. If an order is placed after the requested product is sold out, the buyer will be contacted and given the option of taking delivery of a product of at least equal quality or receiving a full refund.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Whilst every care is taken to provide information that is valid, clear and accurate at the time of publication, 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited acknowledges that errors may occur. As specials, policies, price points, dates, conditions, and information are continually changing, 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited reserves the right to revise website content at any time to ensure the information we provide to all customers is as accurate as possible. 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited offers no warranties or guarantees in relation to information found to be containing errors or omissions.
PRICING ERRORS
In the event that a product appears on the website at the wrong price, 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for the product at the incorrect price, even if a credit card has already been debited. In the event that a credit card has already been debited, 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited will notify the buyer and refund the price of the product.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
It is the buyer’s responsibility to let 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited know in a timely manner if a product has not been delivered, is faulty or has been damaged in the delivery process. Please send 8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited an email via the “Contact” section of our website, including a receipt or proof of purchase.
For products damaged in the delivery process, please email us photos of the products and the packaging.
If we are made aware of the issue in a timely manner, we will investigate. If we consider it appropriate, and any faulty or damaged products have been returned to us (at the buyer’s cost), we will provide the buyer with a replacement product. If a replacement product is not available, we will provide the buyer with a refund.
Refunds will not be given for late delivery.
Our returns or exchange policy only applies to non-consumable products, and only for 14 days from the date of purchase. Consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your non-consumable product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where refunds are to be provided on non-consumable products, they are subject to our receiving and assessing the returned product in accordance with these terms. Refunds will be transacted within 30 days of our receipt of the returned non-consumable product.
CANCELLATIONS OR ALTERATIONS
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, or limit the amount of product purchased. This is at our sole discretion. We will attempt to notify you in a reasonable timeframe, via any of the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Should you wish to cancel the whole of your order, please contact us immediately via the “Contact” section on our website, to request cancellation. However, once payment has been received, cancellation is at our discretion.
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited cannot accept any alteration in an order once it has been placed, whether that involves changing the delivery address or the products ordered.
RISK
Any risk of damage, deterioration or loss is passed to the customer when receiving delivery.
SPECIAL OFFERS
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited reserves the right to terminate a special offer at any time without prior notice.
COUPONS
8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited reserves the right to end promotions at any time. Coupons cannot be added retrospectively and must be applied by customers at checkout.

8/8 Cocktails Pty Limited will take no responsibility for inability to supply by reason of events that are beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a delay in supply the consumer will be contacted with an expected time frame for delivery.
